Ravenna Woods apartments has the best staff to work with.... ANYTIME I've had a issue they have been right on top of it!! Usually right away!! They have always been very friendly, no matter how much a pain in the rear I've been!! The grounds are well taken care of!! The rent is very high and I do wish we had a pool or something... but other than that I am very content. UNTIL recently all of my needs were being met.... up until about two or so months ago anytime I had any problems it seemed like they would be taken care of almost immediately .... now since some changes have been made, its all changed. I've been waiting on things to be fixed for several weeks and am getting pretty impatient about it... to the point of calling cooperate if it doesn't change soon!! In the past the staff here has bent over backwards for me... it's just been the last few months that some issues I've had have fallen on deaf ears... or putten on the back burner that have me upset!! Hopefully they get resolved soon and I can get on with my happy self!!! The maintenance man I ran into this morning could tell right away something was wrong.... and stopped me to talk to me to find out what it was.... and when I told him he told me what I needed to do.... and did make me feel better. I sure HOPE these issues get resolved.... we are deciding on whether to sign a three year lease!!!

I have been at this place for over two years. Maintenance is awesome and the people running the office have been very helpful. The water bill is done by building so no matter how little water you yourself use its all tallied up and split amongst the other people in the building Also rent goes up every year and pretty soon it will be in the $1000 dollar range before long. Thin walls as well

Have been living at Ravenna woods for over two years now. Management is easy to work with and the people are friendly.

I have lived in Ravenna Woods for about a year now and I have had a horrendous experience. The maintenance staff tells you they will fix something and then never show up. I have had exposed wires for 5 months now and nothing has been done about it. However, the worst part is the management. Completely incompetent! Do not enforce the lease or care what goes on. I have had a drug problem in my building for months now. I have contacted them multiple times and they have still not responded. I have been waiting 4 months for a response or acknowledgement of my complaint.... still nothing. All of the management needs fired!

We never got the chance to move in, but i have an experience to share- we applied online last week. Paid 70$ app fees & a 125$ admin fee. Upon completion of the application, I recieved 4 seperate emails, Ultimately saying to contact the leasing office. I called & spoke to andrew. He told me that he would contact corporate & call me back in 20 mins. Well, he never called. About 4 hours later, I called him back. No answer. I left a voicemail. No return call. I called corporate searching for answers. They told me they'd reach out to them & have them call me. Finally, recieved a call back from Andrew. He apologized & I accepted it. We all have crazy work days, right? He calls me later that day & tells me that we have been approved. He says he will email me a break down of costs that monday. Monday rolls around....i hear nothing. Tuesday i call him to see what's going on. He says he is sorry, that he has the paperwork right in front of him & will email it in 5 minutes. Fast forward 4 hours later & I still do not have the paper work or an explanation. At this point we decided to explore another option. Once again, I contact corporate (A R companies) i brief them on the situation & request a refund for my troubles. They direct me back to the leasing office. So, if goes without saying that i didnt get a refund. What i did get is a call from Andrew & another apology with an excuse attached. Computers were down. The reason why I didnt get a refund is because they "took the apartment of the market " which is a lie. You can see online that the unit was still available for other applicants to submit an application. So, a credit inquiry & 195$. Id rather lose the 195$ fee than to sign up for 12 months of dealing with poor management. Usually problems arise with work orders, if anything. The onboarding process is supposed to be easy!
